Greg Nabholz, CCIM, serves as managing director and senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in urban infill, mixed use, office, retail and commercial land transactions in Arkansas. Nabholz has been involved in commercial real estate since graduating from the University of Arkansas in with a BSBA degree in finance and real estate in 1988 and an MBA in 1990.
Nabholz is extensively involved in the commercial real estate community. As such, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the Faulkner County Board of Realtors, Arkansas Realtors Association, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Congress of New Urbanism.
Nabholz is also actively involved in his community. He currently serves on the board of the Conway Downtown Partnership, Arkansas River Connection Project, Argenta Downtown Council, Argenta Community Theater, Downtown Arkansas, Don W. Reynolds Institute on Aging Advisory Board, Quapaw Quarter Association, and the University of Arkansas Walton College Alumni Society. He is also a member of the Arkansas Economic Developers.
Nabholz has also served as chairman of the Board for the Conway Chamber of Commerce in 2001, Citizens for a Progressive Arkansas 2001-2004, and the Arkansas Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) Coalition in 2008. He is a past board member for the Conway Development Corporation, Arkansas Alumni Association, Metroplan Transportation Advisory Committee, and for HAVEN, a shelter for abused children.
Nabholz is a 1995 graduate of the Faulkner County Leadership Institute and Leadership Arkansas’ inaugural class in 2007. He earned the Arkansas Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Award in 2000 and was the recipient of the Andrew J. Lucas Alumni Service Award from the University of Arkansas in 2004.
